Pavenham Footpaths

A Short Cut

About 3 ¹/4 miles.
About 1 ¹/4 hours.
Follow the main route from the Village Hall until youreach the junction with BW9 and FP10.
Turn left on to FP10.
Cross the footbridge and go down the headland of the arable field with the ditch/hedge on your left.
Continue across the fields to join FP11.
Go over the stile to the left and follow the path until the top of Weaver's Lane.
Turn right down the lane and cross the High Street to FP3.
The building to the right was the former village school-note the inscription above the clock.
At the field entry, turn left onto FP1 (or right FP3) and go around the headland to join FP2.
Turn left and follow FP2 to the junction with FP4.
Turn left onto FP4 and follow until you reach the road.
Turn right back to the Village Hall.
